Clearstream Extra Virgin Olive Oil was produced in 2002, four years after the first planting. Subsequent groves were planted now totalling 30,000 trees. Selecting the optimum blend of olive varieties, our authentic Australian oil is golden and wholesome, with a fresh, aromatic finish that delights connoisseurs.

In addition we supply a large range of infused oils, pickled table olives, balsamic vinegar, spicy dukkah, tapenades, dishes and pourers. Sauces and relishes used in our own kitchen are also available for sale. Ginkgo Gold health elixir is a popular choice for those aware of this amazing plant's reputation for aiding longevity!

Olive oil is now used as the base ingredient for a wide range of skin and health products for both men and women. These may also be tried and purchased in the café gift shop. Olive oil tastings are available on request We are licensed and cater for functions and groups with facilities to suit the occasion.

The fine foods used in our wholesome menu are produced in the Murrindindi and Yarra Valley regions. Our focus throughout is on freshness, health and wellbeing. Our adjoining nursery supplies young olive trees in single pots (a lovely gift or souvenir).

This very unique collection of over 1,000 jugs plus memorabilia is on display, which is a must to see. Devonshire Teas are served in a relaxing country garden and visitors may browse through the plant nursery. We cater for individuals to large bus groups.
